Does my health fund cover me?

We have the correct codes in order for you to claim Remedial Massage with the majority of health funds. Kindly ensure that your health fund covers Remedial Massage. For a list of health funds, we do cover click here.

How much you are covered depends on your own policy coverage.

Can I purchase Gift Vouchers?

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

All gift vouchers are automatically cancelled after their expiry date (6months from purchase)Bluewave Remedial Massage is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen. Bluewave Remedial Massage gift vouchers are non–refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or special at Bluewave Remedial Massage. Vouchers may be extended beyond the validity date with prior notice if there is extenuating circumstances given within the voucher valid period.

What happens if I can't attend my appointment?

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests.  Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 24-hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time.  This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive any services that need.  For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% for the services for each session after that.

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
